By reserving or purchasing a kitten, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

All deposits made to reserve a kitten are non-refundable. A deposit secures your selected kitten and confirms your commitment to purchase. The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or delivery.

Four Catteries reserves the right to refuse a sale if we believe a home is not suitable for one of our kittens. Our priority is the health, safety, and long-term well-being of every cat.

All kittens are sold as pets unless otherwise agreed in writing. Breeding rights are not included unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement.

Buyers are responsible for providing proper care, nutrition, regular veterinary visits, and a safe living environment for their kitten after pickup or delivery.

Four Catteries is not responsible for any veterinary expenses, damages, or costs incurred after the kitten leaves our care, except as outlined in any written health guarantee provided at the time of sale.

We make every effort to provide accurate information on our website, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
