At Four Catteries, we are committed to responsible breeding and ensuring that every Maine Coon kitten is placed in a loving and committed home. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing a deposit or making a purchase.

All deposits made to reserve a kitten are non-refundable. Deposits secure your selected kitten and remove them from availability. Because we turn away other potential families once a kitten is reserved, deposits cannot be returned under any circumstances.

If the buyer decides to cancel the purchase after full payment has been made, any refund issued will be at the sole discretion of Four Catteries and may be subject to administrative and care fees.

In the rare event that a kitten becomes unavailable due to health concerns or unforeseen circumstances while in our care, buyers will be offered the option of a replacement kitten from a future litter or a full refund of payments made.

We do not offer refunds once a kitten has been delivered or picked up. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they are fully prepared for the long-term commitment of owning a Maine Coon kitten before completing their purchase.
